Apexx maintains a full-service Repair Center to help Veterinarians save money and extend the life of their equipment. Evaluations and Repairs are performed by Certified Biomedical Engineers and Technicians.

For a standard Evaluation Fee of $75.00, our laboratory will provide an initial diagnosis and provide an estimate to repair your equipment and bring it to original manufacturer's specifications. If you choose to have Apexx complete the repair, the Evaluation Fee will be applied to the total repair cost.

All repairs include a 90-day Parts & Labor Warranty. (Extended warranties are available).

There are only three steps to initiate the Evaluation for Repair process:
  1. Complete and submit the following Customer information
  2. Package your equipment for safe transit (suggestions and instructions below)
  3. Click "Send" at the bottom of the page

(Loaners are subject to availability and may not be identical to your "repair" unit. Customer is responsible for round-trip freight and professional repackaging of Loaner equipment. An Apexx Equipment Consultant will discuss with you Loaner fees)

2) Packaging

Click here to open and print and "Equipment Preparation and Shipping Agreement" (a new window will open). This form will provide packaging suggestions and instructions. This completed form is required to initiate an evaluation/repair.

You will need to take responsibility for thorough packaging of your equipment to protect from standard shipper's abuse during transit. (Apexx Equipment is not responsible for damage during transit due to inadequate packaging). If you do not have adequate packaging material or packaging experience, we recommend Fed Ex/Kinko's, Pak 'n Ship, Pak 'n Mail, or as a last resort, the UPS Store. Whomever you choose to ship your equipment, we recommend you insure the package for full replacement value in the case of loss or damage. Recommended Shipper's are FedEx Ground and DHL. Use UPS only as a last resort.

When packaging, please include all parts and accessories necessary for complete evaluation. (Call us if you have question about what parts/accessories to include).
