When purchasing medical equipment you
generally have two choices, new or used.
Now there's a third category, Apexx Pre-Owned Certified. Apexx
Pre-Owned Certified
equipment is as close to new equipment standards as you can get.
Although all equipment is different, there
are some simple, consistent guidelines: |

- Not all equipment qualifies.
Apexx chooses only brand-name
equipment that can be certified and reliably supported with
original manufacturer parts. Only equipment that's in very good
to excellent condition is considered for the Apexx Pre-Owned
Certified Program. |

- Stringent inspection and
reconditioning.
All equipment must pass, meet or be brought up to original manufacturer's standards. To maintain certification integrity and to ensure "out of the box" performance, all Apexx Pre-Owned Certified Equipment is inspected, evaluated and certified by Biomedical Engineers and Technicians. In some cases, Apexx pays the original manufacturer to complete the inspection, evaluation and certification. Before receiving Certification status, every Apexx Pre-Owned Certified piece is subjected to a complete electrical safety check. Then all system functions are verified to operate and perform according to original manufacturer's specifications. Apexx spends the extra time, effort and money up front to protect and increase the value of your Pre-Owned Certified Equipment investment. |

- Warranty.
After Certification, Apexx Pre-Owned
Certified equipment is backed by a 90-day Parts & Labor
Warranty. In some cases, the warranty is extended for a longer
period of time because of the quality of the piece or the
gentleness of use by the original owner. Whether during or after
the warranty period, you have Apexx's industry-leading
Customer Service Department to provide assistance
and support. Commitment and service don't end when the warranty
expires. |
